What are the rates of your services?

Our rates are competitive and based on years of experience. We require a walk-through before giving you a quote. Once agreed and contracted, we honor our quotes - no surprises. Contact us today.

What is included in your "Clean Home, Sell Faster", "Clean Workplace", and "Happy Clean Home" option?

We work with you to determine which level of cleanliness your home or workplace requires. Stay Sew Clean has a comprehensive Cleaning Checklist that ensures satisfaction. Simply check off the services you require and leave the rest to us. If you need to add services, please allow 24 hours advance notice so that we may accommodate your request.

Do I supply the cleaning items?

We bring all cleaning equipment and supplies needed, unless you have specific requests. Stay Sew Clean is certified and has great knowledge about surface care. We understand the science behind cleaning various surfaces and what cleaning items are needed to ensure quality cleaning.

For Vehicle Cleaning services, we may require use of your water and electricity.

When is Deep cleaning needed?

Your home or workplace should reflect the standards you value. Stay Sew Clean recognizes that at times we all get very busy with life's other important duties. That's why we recommend Deep cleaning services in the following cases: 

First-time cleaning services (or a maximum of 6 months since last cleaning)
Spring cleaning services
Move-in or Move-Out cleaning services
Ready to sell cleaning services
Estate cleaning services
Eviction cleaning services

How long does your cleaning services take?

Each home or workplace has different needs. Stay Sew Clean recognizes how valuable your time is. That's why we discuss this with you before you agree, and we are contracted. Typically, we like to keep jobs to a TWO - THREE- hour timeframe. However, we aim to give you a quality, professional job. Please inform us within 24 hours if you are under time constraint.

For Vehicle Cleaning services, we ask that you give us at least 4-8 hours depending on the scope of work. We value your business and your time. We don't rush or cut corners. Please plan accordingly.

Can I be home/work while you are cleaning?

We understand your desire for a job well-done. Whether to be home or at work while we clean is your decision. Stay Sew Clean can work around you, your kids, your pets*, or your workforce. We are very focused on doing our job and giving you a professional, quality service.
We highly value safety. As a result, we require only authorized cleaners to be in the work area at the time of operation. Once the work is completed in that particular area, clients may resume access.

*We love pets and are happy to clean around them whenever possible. Please take care to inform us if your pets are nervous or feel threatened by our presence. 

How do I pay you?

Stay Sew Clean accepts payment by Business check and secure auto-billing. We also accept payment through CashApp at $staysewclean and Zelle at info.staysewclean.com and Venmo at $staysewclean

What about rescheduled/cancelled appointments?

We understand that emergencies pop up. In order to facilitate a painless experience, please notify us 24 hours in advance so as to not incur any fees. If you are unable to give us such notice, please know that there may be a small fee involved for rescheduling or cancelations.
If we have to reschedule due to inclement weather, we will contact you as soon as the weather predictions have been established.

Am I expected to tip?

We all extend a tip when we receive exceptional service. Please feel free to express your appreciation for a job well done by means of a gratuity. However, you are not obligated to do so.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?

Stay Sew Clean never uses bleach or other volatile products unless you specifically request and sign a waiver. We do use safer name-brand cleaning agents to tackle dirt, dust and grime. Green-certified cleaning products are available upon request. These environmentally friendly products are most effective on homes/workplaces that are kept well-maintained.

How do you enter the home or workplace?

For new clients we will work with you to determine the best method of entry. Recurring clients will trust Stay Sew Clean to label and hold any keys given to us in a highly secured location. We also allow for keypad, alarm, garage, and remote-control codes.

What if I am not satisfied with Stay Sew Clean?

If you are not satisfied, please notify us at [email protected] within 24 hours of the completed cleaning so that we can address your concerns.

Are you certified and insured?

Yes. Stay Sew Clean is certified as Professional Home Cleaners. We are fully insured and bonded. Please check out our About page to see some of the memberships and affiliations. We also hold required insurance in the State of Maryland as a Limited Liability Company.
